How close to the beach are the Lodges?
The Lodge is situated on the cliff top over looking the beach.– just a few steps from the soft sands and they enjoy uninterrupted views of the Avon Beach.
How long can I stay for?
Our prices are fixed to correspond with 7-night stays starting on Fridays. It’s possible to combine two or three stays and stay for a fourteen or 21 nights.
The Lodge is open all year round, except when we close for our annual site maintenance in January and one week in November.
What time can I check in? What time do I have to check out?
Fridays from 3pm. The Lodge has a key safe where we will leave the key
If your arrival is likely to be delayed, we kindly ask you to contact the Beach Lodges Team on 01202 126127.
Check-out is no later than 10am on the date of departure. Should you need to leave early, please inform a member of the Beach Lodges team.
What is included in the cost of my booking?
The price of your Lodge includes your accommodation, bed linen, bath towels (excluding beach towels) and a welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits.
How many people can sleep in each Lodge?
The Lodge, can accommodate a maximum of four adults.
The Lodge has a kitchen, bathroom room, 2 bedrooms and living space
Where can I park my car?
There are two designated car parking spaces directly outside the lodge
How do I check-in?
It is a self-check in service. On arrival at the Lodge, there is a key safe provided to gain entry to the lodge
Do you provide bedding?
The beds will be made up with fresh linen when you arrive. Should you require any additional linen during your stay, please speak to a member of the Beach Lodges Team prior to your arrival
I am in a wheelchair, do you offer an accessible Lodge?
Although the lodge is designed for accessible use we do have the space to accommodate a wheelchair. Should you require additional amenities we ask that you speak with a member of the Beach Lodges Team prior to booking to ensure we can accommodate
Can I bring my dog with me?
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome in our dog-friendly Lodges. All we ask is that your dogs are kept on a lead around the nature reserve and is not left unattended in the Lodge.

Can I arrive on any other day other than Monday or Friday?
Bookings always start on a Friday. If, however, you are unable to arrive on the first day of your booking just let us know in advance on 01202 126127 and we’ll arrange a time to hand over your key.
The Beach Lodges team will be available via phone 7 days a week from 9am – 5pm
Can I have a group of all male / female guests?
We are a family holiday Lodge site in a peaceful beach location and would expect guest behaviour to be suitable for the family environment. Therefore, we cannot accept bookings for Hen and Stag parties.
Can I smoke in my Lodge?
Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes) is not permitted in the Lodge.
How small are the small single beds?
The single beds are sized as the standard single bed size.
Is there any vehicle access to the Lodges?
Vehicle access is permitted to the lodge through out the duration of your stay.
Security
The lodge is located in the centre of the Steamer Point Nature Reserve and is very secluded. There is a direct land line phone in case of emergencies and a member of the Beach Lodges Team are on call 24hrs a day should you require assistance.
